Deadline Rapidly Approaching For Student Residents Scholarship Applications: Deadline is January 23, 2026

Since 1985, PHADA has recognized and rewarded academic excellence in public and assisted housing youth through its scholarship program. In 2026, PHADA will proudly award three scholarships to deserving high school seniors residing in public and assisted housing (residents must live in PHADA-member agencies).

An informational brochure was mailed to your agency in October. Please make your residents aware of these great educational opportunities. PHAs and students can access the materials and online application on our website.

All applications and supporting documents are due in the PHADA office by January 23, 2026, COB. No Exceptions. Faxes are NOT accepted.
